Approximately the third time I have been seen by Dr Heather Lee-Robichaud. She is a rare breed. Smiley, patient, friendly and sympathetic. Oh yeah, and she knows her stuff.

This lady listened to me, empathised with me and above all helped me, when 4 of the Doctors in my surgery just tinkered. They treated just the symptoms, not the root cause and I had to fight to get a referral to her. Thank God I insisted, as she was my saviour, prescribed what I needed and supported me mentally for a year. Wonderful lady!

This lady saved my sanity. I was at a very low point with a sore, angry rash on my face. After two doctors had failed to diagnose it, she immediately told me what the problem was and what to do about it. She was brilliant and she was kind, she listened and she explained. She understood how I was feeling and when I left I no longer felt it was the end of the world! 3 days later and the prescription seems to be starting to work.
